About the Designer

Susanna Ordway is a San Francisco Bay Area designer specializing in the fine art of handcrafted jewelry. Using many types of materials to create different styles for different moods, her designs range from the sparkling glamour of Swarovski® crystals and the timeless appeal of pearls to the natural allure of semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver and gold to the contemporary chic of pendants on a satin or leather cord.

Swarovski North America presented Susanna with its exclusive CSN partnership as well as their current "Crystallized With Swarovski" Quality Brand partnership after previewing her designs. This exclusive partnership is usually limited to well-known designers such as Roberto Caravelli, Prada, and Escada. Swarovski® has also featured her chandelier earrings in their publications.

Susanna's design acumen isn't limited to jewelry. She started her business, after working in the corporate world for 12 years as a Marketing Manager for two organizations in the banking industry. While working in corporate marketing, she was responsible for designing brochures, websites, company logos, and many other projects involving the art of creating attractive designs with color and shape composition. She left the corporate world when it no longer allowed her the opportunity to express herself creatively...that and wanting a higher quality lifestyle and more time with her two daughters and husband.

Susanna Ordway Jewelry Designs currently supplies upscale apparel and bridal boutiques, exclusive salons and day spas, selected galleries as well as directly accepting custom jewelry orders via personal designer showings.

Susanna credits her excellent sense of fashion and style to her mother, a former couturier in the Hong Kong fashion industry. Through Crystal Accents, Susanna is now able to fulfill her artistic mission: To create beautiful items that help enhance a woman's beauty and style, that visually communicate her individual personality, which results in building a more positive self-image.
